Trustees & Members Since July 2004 six R.T.Members have departed 15NBS. Five retained shares in the property as Associate Members, the other selling his shares at a profit but remaining an Associate Member with the opportunity to invest with the group elsewhere in the future. The original professional trustee was replaced by Wolanski & Co in March 2006 in order to improve the management and finances of the Trust. Wolanski have now become part of Alliance Trust Pensions Ltd. The Member-trustees have been replaced by Riverside (Sipp) Ltd a company set up to safeguard the Trust's future. Jon Whitfield and Deanna Heer are directors. A new Trust Deed was drawn up to take account of these changes.
